The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 can also be reached 24 hours a day by people of all ages and identities. Dear discouraged friend, I care about you. I am sorry you are sad and lonely and exhausted. Take heart, you are precious to God and He has created you for a purpose that only you can fill. He understands and accepts you and calls you by your own beautiful name. On the flip side He expects you to believe Him. He says, "Believe Me, I love you! I died for you to pay for all of the sins of your lifetime just like anyone else. Just believe me when I say 'I did it". If you will reach out and believe Me, I will be with you through what you are facing and I will make it worth it in the end. Count on Me in your valley of despair and just keep on going, a minute at a time, an hour at a time, a day at a time, a month at a time, a year at a time, for your whole worthwhile lifetime that I have planned for you. And then and only then we get to meet forever, and you will live with Me and we will love each other, and it will be so beautiful! But right now I and others you might not even know right now need you here to carry out those plans."
